Missy O'Malley of MY 103-5 broadcasts live at IHOP for National Pancake Day! IHOP provided free shortstacks of pancakes with a donation for Shodair Children's Hospital of Helena. Many people, families and friends stopped by throughout the morning and day to enjoy some buttermilk pancakes in support of a great cause!

Out of hundreds of entries the Driscoll Family claimed the challenge of "Learning How to Snowboard with Missy O'Malley and your Family!" The lucky winners RIPPED IT UP at Bridger Bowl! Free lift tickets, free rentals, a free 4 hour lesson with our Morning show host Missy O'Malley and a free lunch from Joe's Parkway was all included. They blasted thru the basics and even ended up on Powder Park! THEY ROCKED IT!

In response to the Neo-Nazi, White Supremacist "Creativity Movement " group's activity in Bozeman, a non-partisan coalition of concerned citizens from the young to the old, held a "Hate Free BoZone" march and rally on Nov 1, from 2-4pm. In the MY 103-5 studio, a few days prior to the march, we had 15 concerned MSU students, faculty and friends give info about the rally which started at MSU's campus and led to Main Street for a rally at the Willson School gymnasium. This peaceful march and rally celebrated the diverse individuals and families that call Bozeman home and reaffirms our community-wide commitment to a hate-free, safe, and welcoming Bozeman where we value and embrace diversity. We listened to powerful speakers and motivating music. Chants and cheers kept the crowd revved up! Thanks for the support and for keeping open minds and hearts. Celebrating what makes Bozeman so special for all of us!

Katie, Theresa, Darla, Kris and Angela took the slopes at Bridger Bowl on a FLUFFY POW DAY- Saturday February 6, 2010. After getting into the rental gear (AND HELMETS!) we learn, practiced, and BLASTED thru the basics of snowboarding. These ladies helped each other out, lifted each other up when one another had a lil' spill, and laughed a bunch. We enjoyed a delicious lunch from Joe's Parkway and fought over who got which Elle's Belles Cookies. With Katie's loud pants and the supervision of a few concerned sons (Theresa's son Eddie and Angela's sons Jericho and Jordan, it was destined to be a GRAND DAY! It wouldn't have been possible without the generosity of Ressler Toyota of Bozeman and Bridger Bowl, also a big thanks to Planet Beach for hooking us up with a free day at the spa! On January 12, Haiti was devasted by a massive earthquake killing thousands and leaving thousands homeless, hungry and thirsty. On January 29, My 103.5's Missy O'Malley was a barista for a day at Hastings' Hard Back Cafe raising money for the Red Cross Haiti Relief Fund. In less than 3 hours we raised 4.18 and had some fun while doing so. Bambi from our local American Red Cross Chapter was there to answer questions and to share information. The baristas put Missy to work, enjoy the photos!
